Mobile App - Updating user details (Web Proxy)

In case the username needs to be updated for a specific engineer, the below changes will need to be actioned on the Mobile App device, otherwise, the user will loose access:

Web Proxy Set-Up:

1. Open the OneDrive App (log in if required)

2. Tap Libraries, and search Intranet:

3. Select Intranet:

4. Select Document:

5. Tap the 3 dots to the right of the file “_.kingsltd.co.uk” and Tap Download > Save:

6. Open Protean 0 Initial Setup – Press OK (Alternatively press the 3x dots in the top right, and select Settings):

7. Protean Server address: proteanmobile-appproxy.kingltd.co.uk

8. Advanced Server Details

- Port: 443

- Tick encrypt communications

- Input Kings credentials in Username & Password

9. Import Security Certificate – find .cer file downloaded from OneDrive (default will save it in the Download folder)

10. Press yes and later press Back

11. Test server connection, ensure test is successful. If not, check previous settings.
